They are single homed network. They have had problems with the number of routes injected by ANS and MCI. This hastened their transition so MichNet could use MCI has a "default" and reduce the number of routes it has to process. MichNet is not looking to add a second connection. They had been using CICnet as a secondary connection, but following the transition that will no longer be available.
