A local host is responsible for providing personnel to assist with the NANOG meeting, including:
- Provide help desk staff for the main meeting room during meeting hours
(8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). NOC monitoring of conference network and second level oncall engineering staff should also be available.
- Provide 4 staff to help with on-site meeting registration, hand out wireless cards, and distribute t-shirts.
Schedule:
Sunday, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (3 people total): 2 registration, 1 t-shirt
Monday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (4 people total): 3 registration, 1 t-shirt
Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (1 person total): registration
Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (1 person total): registration
