I am interested in implementing a new Call Management/Trouble Ticketing system for use in a mid-sized NOC. Can anyone offer any tips on possible products/vendors who have a nice, easy to use, integrated package to facilitate fast response times to calls and fast resolution to problems. Knowledge trees and AI would be helpful, but not necessary. Thanks! Chris |
