Phone calls placed over the Internet are changed from voice signals into data packets that look much like other data packets that contain e-mail or instructions for browsing the Internet" Erm no, phone calls on the internet use the same data structure as they do on the phone network, the difference is in the transport. Kinda worrying they want to pass a law but dont know why they want it. Steve
