Circumstances When Registration Fee Can Be WaivedThe NANOG registration fee is waived for:
- For General Session presentations, the registration fee will be waived for a maximum of one speaker.
- For General Session panels, fees will be waived for one panel moderator and all panelists.
- For Tracks, fees will be waived for one moderator.
- For Research Forum presentations, fees will be waived for one speaker.
- For Tutorials, fees will be waived for one instructor.
- Employees of the hosting organization who are actively involved in onsite meeting setup, as approved by Merit.
- Sponsors receive two complimentary meeting registrations per sponsorship.
- NANOG staff.
- College or university students that are enrolled in courses leading to a baccalaureate or graduate degree when the NANOG meeting occurs can attend the meeting at a reduced rate. Please see the Student Registration page.
