NANOG is a non-profit, engineering, educational and operational forum for coordination of network operations in North America. Every conference is the product of hundreds of hours of volunteer effort from network operators, engineers, and researchers across North America.

The Local Host

iHighway is the local host of NANOG19. In addition to supplying on-site coordination and logistics, iHighway provided the terminal room, conference network connectivity, and network engineering.

Equipment Contributors

CommScope contributed staffing and supplies for the wiring closet.
 
Native American Systems provided project management for the hotel network and contributed wiring, patch panels, wall plates, and line testing for each meeting room. The company is wiring the hotel in such a way that the cabling can be left behind for future events. 
 
CommScope contributed staffing and supplies for the wiring closet.
 
Border States Electric contributed cabling, patch panels, and the equipment rack.
 
Siemon's Systems provided all of the connectors and wall plates, plus other equipment.
 
Southwest Cyberport contributed staff for the terminal room, conference setup and teardown, and general technical help during the meeting.
 
I-Net of New Mexico provided staff for setup, teardown, and general support during the event.
 
SICORP acted as intermediary between SGI and iHighway, and handled all the arrangements for setting up the terminal room.
 
SGI contributed new Linux-based SGI machines for the terminal room.
 
Cisco and the University of Oregon set up our multicast connection.

Canon supplied wireless laser transmitters that are part of the backup DS3 circuit into the hotel. Canon
