North American Network Operators Group

NANOG 41

NANOG41 in Albuquerque

NANOG 41 was held from October 14 to 16 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The meeting took place in the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque and was hosted by One Connect IP.

The NANOG meeting began with optional tutorials on Sunday afternoon and adjourned at approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday. Also on Sunday, an optional all-day IPv6 tutorial took place for both NANOG and ARIN meeting attendees that covered several areas of interest related to IPv6.

This was NANOG's fifth back-to-back meeting with ARIN, the American Registry for Internet Numbers. NANOG met Sunday to Tuesday (Oct. 14-16) and ARIN met Wednesday to Friday (Oct. 17-19).

NANOG and ARIN's joint meetings are a great chance for both communities to benefit from the technical and operational expertise of their colleagues, keep up on all the latest technical issues facing the network operator community, and contribute to Internet number resource policy discussions and development.
