Vince Fuller Biography:
Vince Fuller has been involved in global Internet operations, engineering, and architecture for more than 20 years, having worked for a series of local, regional, national, and international ISPs from 1988 through 2001. He has been active in IP engineering and operations forums, including the North American Network Operators Group (NANOG) and the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) since 1989; he is the co-author of several standards-track RFCs,
including RFC 1519 on Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR), which defined the address assignment strategy used throughout the global Internet. Most recently, he has been employed by Cisco Systems as a technical consultant to
service provider customers, focusing on scaling issues of very large IP networks.
