Now at Chagres Technologies, John Brown has over five years experience in
dealing with traffic flows and engineering issues for small providers and
end users. Mr. Brown was the former CTO of iHighway.net, a rural ISP, and
has presented at various forums, including NANOG, ARIN, ICANN, the U.S.
Congress,
and the FCC.
