About the Presenter
Diane Sidebottom has been counsel for the Science and Technology Directorate and
the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency of the Department of Homeland
Security since June 2003. Prior to coming to DHS, Diane was counsel to the Defense
Advanced Research Projects Agency for nine years, where she focused on government
contracting and intellectual property. Diane is a graduate of the University of
Colorado
and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She received her LL.M. in Intellectual Property
from the George Washington University Law School in August 2001.
