Local host for a NANOG meeting | Work with Merit to locate a hotel, provide connectivity, build the hotel network, and staff the meeting. |
| Contribute workstations or printers for the NANOG terminal room | |
| Sponsor a morning or afternoon break ($4,000) and display your equipment during the event | An engineer from your organization exhibits your equipment on a tabletop display. Breakfast slots are 30 minutes. One vendor per event. |
| Participate in the Beer 'n Gear reception ($8,000) | Display your equipment at a table staffed by two engineers, meet informally with attendees, and enjoy drinks and hors d'oevres :) Eight to ten vendors participate in each Beer 'n Gear, depending on room size. |
