Proposal 2009-1: Concurrent Membership on Mailing List and Program Committees

Summary

Removes the restriction that prevents a person from serving concurrently on both the Program Committee and Mailing List Committee.

Proposal 2009-2: Change Name and Duties of Mailing List Committee

Summary

This amendment changes the name of the "Mailing List. Committee" to the "Communications Committee", and expands the committee's scope of duties to include other forms of electronic communication with and among the NANOG community.

It also includes some structural changes to bring it more in line with how the Program Committee is specified.

Proposal 2009-3: Clarification of Nomination Procedure

Summary

Allows any member of the NANOG community to nominate candidates for the Steering Committee.
