Tap into a mentor’s expertise, skills, and experience. The program lasts up to four months and involves (at minimum) monthly meetings via in-person and/or virtual meet-ups.

Why is it critical in the tech industry to find a mentor?

Mentees are responsible for:

  • Initiating outreach to their mentor.
  • Being prepared for meetings.
    • Respect a mentor’s time by showing up prepared.
    • Share your objective/goal and a list of questions or topics you would like to discuss.
  • Driving the partnership.
    • As with any partnership, you get what you give. It is your job to initiate and keep the conversation going.
  • Mentees understand and agree that sessions are not there to solve business problems.
    • Mentors are available to help with personal/professional development, networking, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
